The studio takes new clients on referral from an existing client, a jeweller, a watchmaker or an institution we have worked with. Tell us who sent you.

Request an appointment
Enquiries are read by the engraver. Expect a reply within two working days, or a short note explaining why the studio cannot take the work.

Appointments
Tuesday to Friday, by arrangement. Appointments are staggered so that no two clients overlap on the premises.
The address
Given when an appointment is confirmed. There is no shop front, no sign, and no listing.
Sending a piece
Do not post anything before an enquiry has been answered. When work is agreed, the studio arranges insured specialist transit in both directions.
Before you write
The discretion policy answers most of what clients ask first. If it does not answer yours, ask directly.
Trade enquiries
Jewellers, watchmakers, gunmakers and institutions: say so in the first line and we will reply with trade terms rather than a consultation slot.
What happens next
- Your enquiry is read by the engraver, usually the same day
- A reply within two working days, or an honest decline
- A consultation in person or by encrypted call
- A mutual non-disclosure agreement before anything else
- A drawing at actual size, then a fixed price
- Nothing is charged until you have seen the drawing
